Research and Development
Neworigin has its own lab to do all the tests, analysis and develop new grade of the steels. With full equipments, the lab also could provide third party inspection service. We offer spectral(chemical)analysis, mechanic tests, UT tests and microstructure analysis, etc.Neworigin's R&D team developed our own method of metallurgy and successfully smelted materials of NAK80 and DC53, which meet all the tech data of Japanese Enterprise Standards. We may also provide H13 pre-hardened die steel according to customers' specific requirements.
