QA/QC Introduction

Neworigin takes quality as the base of successful business. We provide in-house inspection such as UT (ultrasonic scanning test) and grain analysis, and we also accept test from third party organizations as well.

Neworigin's quality department has the highest authority in internal control process. It penetrates into every aspect of the supply chain, from productions in mills to shipments in exports, to provide our customers high-quality steel.

Neworigin always takes the quality department the pride of the company since it provides highest value-adding services in quality control section comparing to our competitors.

Neworigin starts the quality control since the very beginning on the production planning. The quality department is an independent department instead of belonging to product department. We generally carry out three procedures on quality control.

1. Pre-production - Check the production schedule provided by product department. Study the techniques to ensure that every procedure will lead to the proper quality.

2. In-production - Following up the production to ensure that all are following the procedures. Do necessary tests during the production.

3. After production - Do all needed tests and checking on the product. Make sure that all materials are eligible and in accordance with the requirement.

Starting his career in 1987, he had been university professor on metallurgy, quality controller of Chinese No. 1 state-owned mill and researcher of new steel grade in an institute. He has rich experience in quality control of the material.
